Professor Jihuan He graduated from Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology (formerly Xi 'an Institute of Metallurgy and Architecture) in 1987, majoring in Construction Machinery, and obtained a bachelor's degree. He was graduated from Shanghai University of Technology with a master's degree in mechanical engineering in 1990, graduated from the Institute of Mechanics, Shanghai University, majoring in Fluid Mechanics in 1996, and obtained a doctoral degree. He is now a renowned scientist in the field of nonlinear mechanics and mathematics in China, dedicated to research in textile mathematics, textile mechanics, nanomechanics and nano-textiles, bionics and natural fibers, etc.
